Purpose of the role:
As the Head of HR, you will manage the effective delivery of a pro-active, positive, efficient and supportive HR function covering the Securities Services and Trust Company business.
Responsibilities:
- Provide HR advice and support
- Provide advice on employee issues, HR policy, Employment Law changes and practices/implications
- Align issues with organization/business strategy
- Administer/maintain and arrange payment of payroll for all temporary Employees
- Introduction, production and maintenance of the Employee Induction programme
- Work with Business Lines and Functions to identify training needs and recommend appropriate training and development solutions and maintenance of an effective Learning and Career Development framework
Skills required:
- 5 years+ experience in managing and developing a HR function
- CIPD qualified
- Evidence of strong stakeholder management skills, ideally gained within a professional services environment
- Solid self-management skills including good organizational skills, initiative, ability to priorities and adherence to deadlines
- Must have strong interpersonal skills
