Purpose of the role:
You will be responsible for leading a team predominantly delivering non client facing chargeable work including client onboarding, client due diligence, regulatory & tax reporting, periodic reviews & company secretarial services etc.
Responsibilities:
- Team management & leadership, including input to the strategic vision of the department
- Expand the administrative support provided to clients by migrating to the Business Operating Model supported by the use of Shared Service Centre’s where appropriate
- Outsourced oversight responsibility, relevant to work externalised for department
- Work closely with the Sector Leads to ensure we consistently deliver exceptional service to clients
- Identifying areas of improvement and standardisation to enhance the overall service delivery within the team
- Optimising the efficiency of the team, leading to overall improved utilisation
Skills required:
- JFSC Category A, Table 4 qualification
- Good knowledge of relevant regulatory/tax requirements and standards
- Experienced people manager able to provide coaching, training & staff development
- Minimum 10+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong relationship management experience, with confidence and ability to influence at all levels
- Strong knowledge in Operations, Risk, Change and Project Management
