Purpose of the role:
Manage the Account Life Team, responsible for the opening, closing and maintenance of securities and cash accounts and supporting the various projects undertaken across the whole Business Implementation team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of Approved Intermediary re-certifications & new requests, through the management of the CDD Manager
- Oversee the opening, closing and update of client securities and cash accounts, through the management of the Account Life Cycle team
- Ensure that all Outsourcing arrangements are properly monitored, performance is in accordance with standard metrics & KPIs, the BMC meetings are held and all documentation logged appropriately
- Responsible for the delivery of projects to the required standard, on budget and to deadline
- Provide technical support to On-boarding Project Managers, CDD Manager & wider Business Implementation team
Skills required:
- Minimum 10 years working in a Securities Services environment
- Excellent understanding of Corporate Governance and reporting requirements
- Relevant professional qualifications in Operations, Risk or KYC
