Purpose of the role:
You will work closely with the Tech Team and Business to capture requirements, manage stakeholders and take the tools they have to the next level of efficiency, whilst adhering to their policies, standards and controls and supporting and upholding the local business requirement for data confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
- Help benefit and get the most out of the tools they have available to drive effective and efficient processes
- Progressing Laserfiche integration with NavOne using forms and templates
- Implementing and uprating processes, workflow and business rules including, documentation, delivery and training
- Translating Regulatory changes into system or process changes. CRS-FATCA-GDPR
- Requirements gathering and business analysis on new requirements
- Working with the business users across the group to define
- Project Manage internal projects, system releases and upgrades
- In partnership with the Tech Team manage and prioritise the helpdesk calls
- Run the user forums which drive the business priorities
Skills required:
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in project management and business analysis
- Business analysis qualification or proven track record of translating and delivering on business requirements
- Project Management qualification or experience
