Purpose of the role:
As a team, help maintain their own high standards of service by driving forward their corporate governance framework and help stay on top of all regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the inventory list of Group P&P is complete, up-to-date and maintained, identifying responsible Group P&P owners from around the business
- Liaise and co-ordinate with relevant stakeholders (and Group P&P owners) to ensure that all Group P&P is reviewed, approved and disseminated in accordance with the Group P&P governance documentation
- Maintain the Group P&P governance documentation, including the Group P&P policy, stakeholder matrix, terms of reference, Group P&P template and any other framework documents as required
- Convene, prepare agendas for, attend and take minutes of, the Group P&P Committee meetings to approve any new, or changes to existing, Group P&P
- Work with Group P&P owners and stakeholders to establish a rolling review programme for Group P&P
Skills required:
- Strong technical knowledge of applicable statutory laws and other legal and regulatory requirements
- Previous related experience in industry and or/professional practice
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient in Word/Outlook and a working knowledge of Excel
