Purpose of the role:
The role reports to the Global Head of Marketing and is responsible for leading a remote team to drive and deliver a variety of integrated marketing campaigns aligned with jurisdictional business development plans, in order to support the Group’s growth plans.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategy and leads on the delivery of an integrated, multi-channel marketing programme of activities including, client communications/newsletters, advertising, content and thought leadership, events and digital/social media
- Supports in the delivery of online and offline marketing literature including brochures, reports, emails and presentations for internal and external use
- Proactive in identifying communications trends, advising colleagues on best practices across digital communications, marketing strategy and stakeholder engagement
- Set up robust tracking and KPI frameworks to analyse campaign performance to identify and share results and learnings to internal and external stakeholders
- Manage third party agencies and suppliers to deliver projects to a high standard on time and within budget
- Develop innovative marketing approaches, ensuring a “test and learn” approach is in place whenever possible
Skills required:
- Communications/marketing specialist with 5+ years of experience in financial services, ideally in the areas of campaign management and/or marketing project management
- Excellent English writing skills for different audiences. Quality control/ editorial experience
- Ability to work cross functionally and lead a remote team in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong organisation skills with the ability to keep on track of multiple ongoing projects
- Confident and structured communicator with strong internal and external stakeholder management skills
- Self-motivated and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively while prioritising heavy workloads and meeting deadlines
