Purpose of the role:
To oversee and be responsible for the delivery for the Group function of Financial Reporting and cost control.
Responsibilities:
- Production of Statutory stand-alone and consolidated Financial Accounts
- Audit liaison, preparation of materials for audit and project management of all statutory audits required within the Group
- Preparation of annual cost budget for all operating subsidiaries within the Group
- Maintenance of annual cost budget, reporting monthly on variances and flexing when required
- Reviewing a monthly reconciliation of budgeted to actual costs to ensure the integrity of the general ledger (cost ledgers)
