Purpose of the role:
As the Group Commercial Director, you will be responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of key growth sales strategies and actions plans to achieve revenue growth to meet the growth strategy and targets.
Responsibilities:
- Undertake reviews on product development, pricing policy and strategy along with the development of ‘go to market’ strategies
- Support the business in identifying new opportunities and ensure market fit of products and services based on current sector trends and anticipated future market developments
- Maximise new business development opportunities and participate in key new business meetings
- Undertake market research and identify and analyse threats and opportunities
Skills required:
- Previous experience as Group Commercial Director
- Experience in Client Relationship Management
- Fully understand the markets in with the company operates
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of market analysis and metrics
