Purpose of the role:
You will have day-to-day responsibility for the management and development of a portfolio of funds clients. You must provide a highly responsive service to all clients whilst ensuring adherence to compliance and shareholder registration duties, as required. Management of more junior members of the team, including performance management, workload supervision and proactively being part of the strategic planning for business growth.
Responsibilities:
- On-boarding and support through to launch
- Compliance review, investor CDD and relations
- Ensure monitoring of bank accounts and activities are in line with business expectations
- Reviewing launch documentation
- Preparation of administration reports for client Board meetings and attendance at meetings
- Meet with existing and prospective clients and intermediaries
- Have a detailed understanding of the market, competitors and key offerings
- Attend seminars and workshops, read industry publications and advisory briefs and follow developments in wealth management to enhance professional and technical knowledge
- Shape own development by identifying areas to improve own knowledge and skills and actively seek assistance
Skills required:
- You should be educated to degree level or equivalent
- Have a minimum of between 3-5 years experience in fiduciary services and qualify as a B category person under JFSC guidelines, holding a relevant professional qualification
