Funds Governance Administrator/Senior Administrator

Purpose of the role:

You will ensure that at all times clients receive a premier and proactive service, and that all due diligence activity is identified, prioritised and handled in an efficient, confidential and sensitive manner and that clients receive consistent high levels of service.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate understanding and awareness of the AML/CFT and tax transparency requirements required to be met by regulated funds services’ businesses in Jersey
  • Be required to confidently liaise with clients and investors on a day to day basis
  • Possess an ability to disseminate information and respond quickly
  • Be proactive in personal organisation and time management
  • Demonstrate a high degree of accuracy and ensure that all activity is undertaken in line with the accepted professional standards

Skills required:

  • Hold or be working towards an appropriate qualification and/or proven track record of work experience
  • Have the ability to work as a team member
  • Have a good level of competency with Microsoft Office (primarily Outlook, Excel and Word)
  • Working knowledge of FrontInvest or similar funds’ system will be an advantage
