Purpose of the role:
To provide support to the Funds (FSB) business, including provision of compliance/AML advice and support, board reporting, risk management support, compliance monitoring and testing and policy and procedure advice.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Funds and the Administration team for a compliance perspective
- Supporting the duties of the CO, MLCO, MLRO
- Preparation of board reporting to Fund entities and FSB board
- Supporting the risk management activities of the Fund entities and FSB board
- Liaison with compliance monitoring team, including assistance with funds compliance monitoring as appropriate, and managing reporting thereof
- Assist with amendments to policies and procedures including as a result of horizon scanning
- Provision of training to the business desirable but not essential
Skills required:
- Detailed knowledge of various laws and regulations relating to Funds/FSB
- Good knowledge/understanding of Fund compliance or administration
- Good communication skills and ability to adapt
- Ability to schedule and prioritize work
