Purpose of the role:
As the Administrator, you will take responsibility for the day‐to‐day administration of two of the Private Equity funds and assist with the administration of various other funds.
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for various tasks associated with calls and distributions and reporting
- Maintenance of investors data such as contact, bank account details and addresses in accordance with agreed procedures
- Assisting in‐house counsel with oversight of local legal entities and compliance of those entities with applicable laws, tax laws and group governance codes and protocols
- Processing and record keeping of documentation for signing using DocuSign
- Contribute to the implementation and review of policies and procedures to ensure adequate levels of controls, efficient use of systems and overall aim to establish best practice within the industry
- In conjunction with the Team Manager, ensure that all activities are carried out in compliance with the legal and regulatory requirements
Skills required:
- Company Secretarial background
- Knowledge of Investran/eQ/Viewpoint advantageous
- Previous experience of Private Equity fund administration, 4 years minimum
- Familiarity with limited partnership structures
- Understanding of investments, funds, treasury functions and associated terminology
- Hold or part way through study to obtain a professional qualification (ICSA/STEP)
- Relevant academic records including GCSE (with English and Maths at Grades A* - B) and A Levels or degree
