Purpose of the role:
To support the Senior Fund Administrators in managing and administering a number of client relationships, including a significant AIF Manager and its underlying AIFs (within an Incorporated Cell Company Structure).
Responsibilities:
- Dealing with a varied range of client queries
- Bookkeeping for a range of Investment funds including posting all cash transactions
- Calculation of income and expenses of the Investment funds
- Inputting payments using online banking systems
- KYC/AML checks on applicants for shares in the Investment funds
- Ensure that time sheets are completed on a daily basis
Skills required:
- Experience working in a Funds environment is an advantage
- Attention to detail to ensure work is of a consistently high standard
- Well organised - with accuracy and timely completion of work
- Good administrative and numeracy skills
- Ability to adapt to a variety of work on a number of clients as well as changes in business processes (including new and updated software)
- Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and applications, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
