Job Purpose:
The Senior Fund Administrator will be expected to provide support to the team and the Senior Management Team of the Company by being proactive in their approach to ensure that they uphold the policies and procedures and reputation of the Company. Ensure the efficiency of the Company is maintained, deal with client requests for assistance and meet the Company’s Service Level Agreements.
Key responsibilities:
• Administer a complex range of funds, management companies and associated fund structures and liaise with clients and intermediaries where necessary
• Co-ordinate all company secretarial matters, including attendance and preparation of minutes for board and shareholder meetings.
• Process routine and complex fund operations and co-ordinate the investment and distribution processes.
• Ensure accurate investor records are maintained and process all investor changes / transfers thereon.
• Prepare payment instructions to settle fund expenses.
Experience/skills:
• 2-4 years’ experience working in a financial institution.
• A confident manner and the ability to communicate with clients effectively.
• A flexible approach to work and good time management skills.
• A strong team player with a commitment to deliver outstanding client service.
