Purpose of the role:
In this role you will assist with all aspects of administration for a group of various corporate vehicles.
Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a team alongside Directors, Managers and Administrators
- Responding to ad-hoc investor and client queries
- Liaising with Lawyers, Directors, Auditors, other Administrators and regulatory authorities in relation to ad hoc transactions
- General administrative duties, including inputting of payments and processing of recommendations
- Assisting in respect of investor subscriptions and redemptions
- Assessing and monitoring risks and provide feedback to management team to continually enhance controls
Skills required:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, with excellent attention to detail as well as accurate and timely completion of work
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strategic thinking with an emphasis on relationship building and communication at all levels within an organisation to facilitate and coordinate multiple deadlines through the maintenance of a cohesive team
- Ability to be self-motivated and produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects required
