Purpose of the role:
To support Senior Fund Administrator/Assistant Manager in administrating funds structures.
Responsibilities:
- Processing payments across various banking systems
- Handling of investment transaction documents
- Assist with KYC and due diligence requests
- Assist with due diligence on new and existing investors along with other Compliance related matters
- Assist with preparing materials for Board meetings
- Deal with a varied range of client queries
- Maintenance of client records
Skills required:
- A minimum of 2 -3 years’ experience working in a Funds environment
- Attention to detail to ensure work is of a consistently high standard
- Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word and Excel
- To be brave enough to ask questions and raise issues appropriately
- To look for information and for (external) procedures related to applicable legislation
