Fund Administrator

Purpose of the role:

There is an opportunity for this role to cover a number of the checks and organization of tasks related to the company funds registered in Jersey.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with setting up of Jersey board calls for investment approvals
  • Arrange and monitor signatures on investment documents
  • Deal with ad-hoc queries from Administrators and investors
  • Fund Documentation: during fund raising, work with Fund raising team with respect to fund documents particularly as liaison with Administrators
  • Ongoing: working with Administrators (both Jersey US) and Operations team respect to AML/KYC queries and ongoing changes and amendments to Funds e.g., transfers
  • Assist with the preparation of and coordination of corporate and partnership resolutions (e.g., LPA amendments, follow on investment approvals)
