Purpose of the role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights and support business decision-making
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to understand their data needs and translate these into clear, compelling visualisations that drive the right behaviours
- Responsible for the on-going development and support of the OGL Dashboard & PowerBI reports
Skills, knowledge and expertise:
- Proven experience in designing and implementing advanced Power BI dashboards and reports, with a portfolio that demonstrates an ability to change user behaviour through powerful data visualisation
- Strong understanding of DAX, SQL, and other relevant data manipulation languages
- Familiarity with best practices in dashboard and report design, with an emphasis on user experience and data storytelling
