Purpose of the role:
Are you a people person? Are you able to deal with multiple subjects? Our client is looking for someone who can help support the front office while servicing clients.
Responsibilities:
- Support the day to day activity of the Front Office area (e.g. On-boarding, KYC, payments, query handling, static data updates, etc.)
- Support the remediation of risk issues, clean-ups, recurring issues (e.g. Suitability Review, CRM (Local System), PKR, AML, etc.)
- Identify and propose process improvements, contribute to a sound risk and efficiency culture within the desk
- Participate in projects
Skills required:
- A good understanding of AML/KYC procedures
- A good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite especially Excel and PowerPoint
- A high capacity to deal with different topics
- A digital mindset
- Experience with onboarding clients in a financial institution preferable
