Purpose of the role:
You’ll support and develop a high-performing team, identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, and contribute to the delivery of a first-class finance service across the business.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee operational activities in relation to accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank account management.
- Maintain a cohesive working environment where the team delivers reliable and professional service to internal and external clients.
- Act as the escalation point for issues relating to financial operations transactions, resolving matters promptly and putting in place preventative measures.
Skills required:
- Experience operating at manager level within a professional services or partnership environment, with a strong background in leading operational finance teams.
- Proven experience managing accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ideally within a law firm or other professional services setting.
- Understanding of client money requirements or willingness to develop this knowledge.
