Purpose of the role:
To provide support to our client's busy Workplace and Office Management team in Jersey. You must be a team player that possesses the ability to learn quickly and be a supportive, proactive, organised individual who is able to prioritise and manage your time effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring, reporting and recording all building related issues in a timely manner
- Manage relationships with Contractors
- Oversee the ordering of stationery while ensuring areas are presentable
- Management of branded stationery levels across the Group
- Welcoming all visitors to the office
- Maintain the security of the office ensuring logging of all visitors
- Manage meeting room bookings
Skills required:
- Computer literacy skills are essential
- Confidence in communicating politely and effectively with people at all levels is essential, with great interpersonal skills being necessary to develop close working relationships with colleagues, clients, and third-party suppliers
- Confidentiality, tact and discretion are required
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational skills are essential
- Previous experience in facilities and Office Management support would be beneficial
