About the role:
We’re looking for a proactive and professional Facilities Assistant to join our client's Jersey Facilities team. This is a varied, people-focused role supporting the daily operations of their office and delivering an exceptional experience for colleagues, clients, and visitors.
Key responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors and handle calls via our switchboard
- Manage meeting rooms, diaries, and daily reception duties
- Support postal processes, deliveries, archiving and general office operations
- Assist with light maintenance, desk moves, and facilities-related tasks
- Coordinate wet ink signatures and document dispatch for international teams
Skills and experience:
- Front of house or customer service experience (professional services ideal)
- Confident communicator with a warm, professional manner
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
