Purpose of the role:
To assist Facilities Supervisor in managing the Facilities and Reception functions for Jersey.
Responsibilities:
- To assist and cover during absence the Reception desk, responding to any calls or visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist with incoming and outgoing couriers.
- Assist with and carry out (when covering absence) new joiner inductions covers, H&S, first aid, fire evacuation, social club introduction, office information etc.
