Purpose of the role:
As a member of the Board this role holder will be responsible for the governance, management and effective running of the business, ensuring alignment with Group strategy, adherence to all relevant legislation and acting at all times in accordance with the Terms of Reference for the Board of Directors.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a book of client relationships in accordance with procedures manuals; relevant laws, guidelines, regulations and codes of practice.
- Responsibility for defining and meeting business development targets.
- Understand and apply local legislation relating to drug trafficking, money laundering, terrorist financing and any other legislation that impacts on the conduct of fiduciary business within the jurisdiction.
Skills required:
- A minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience.
- Hold a professional qualification.
- The post holder should have extensive fiduciary knowledge at a senior level, to include previous Board experience.
