Purpose of the role:
To work directly with the Jurisdictional Heads of Product, Head of Jurisdiction and Operational Leads for each of the Private Equity Client Facing Teams as an Executive Assistant with the ability to make a real impact to the business whilst increasing visibility and developing new skills.
Responsibilities:
- Diary and Meeting Management - organise the PE Leadership Team’s diaries and provide support with meeting arrangements and logistics as required
- Travel Management - work with Reception and Office Support to ensure travel is booked appropriately
- Agenda creation and travel management for existing or prospective client meetings
- Action tracking at meetings and follow up to ensure that actions have been addressed, includes but is not limited to the weekly PE Leadership meetings where the role acts as secretary and the local actions arising from the PE Product Board meetings
- Project management - the ability to support members of the PE Leadership team with the co- ordination of various ad-hoc projects
- Preparation and completion of personal expense claims and credit card expense claims for the PE Leadership team
- Organisation of social events and team collaboration workshops
Skills required:
- 'Tech-savvy’; proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Diligent and conscientious with the capacity to organise self and others. Ability to anticipate needs and work proactively to ensure details are attended to
- Excellent interpersonal skills; confident communicator, both internally and externally, and at all levels. Open, honest and straightforward, whilst professional at all times. Capability to manage upwards
