Purpose of the role:
Our client is looking for a Director of Operations for a two-year fixed-term contract to lead, plan and manage change through the delivery of projects which assist with the development and efficient working of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Establish, monitor and maintain effective and efficient performance reporting systems, to include the definition of each department’s and their KRIs and KPIs and the design of dashboards to facilitate the interpretation of these indicators and monitor department performance against performance goals to ensure that progress is being made
- Oversee the negotiation of agreements governing the provision of key services including, but not limited to, those relating to, IT support, application software and premises
- Oversee the performance of Operations, Projects and ICT Support Services teams and be the advocate for these departments during Board discussions and in dialogue with individual members of the Executive Team
- Maintain specialist and technical knowledge as well as awareness of the industry’s evolving legal and regulatory landscape to ensure that you proactively identify, report, escalate and remedy risks and concerns in a timely manner, ensuring that the company upholds the highest levels of integrity and compliance
