Purpose of the role:
The Director is a member of the senior leadership team and will lead the day-to-day client facing activity of the business ensuring this is aligned to and promotes the business’ strategy and culture.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary contact and overall lead for client relationships within the administration team.
- Ensure client services are exemplary and relationships are commercial.
- Address complex technical structuring matters effectively.
Knowledge:
- Significant industry experience working with High-Net-Worth clients and complex fiduciary structures.
- Proven track record of delivering first-class client service and meeting high-net-worth client demands.
- Experience in business development and demonstrating excellent technical competency.
