Purpose of the role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an exciting, fast paced and growing business. You'll be responsible for providing ongoing management to a Private Equity team, ensuring a diverse portfolio of client relationships and transactions are conducted and managed to a high standard.
You'll ideally have a legal, accounting or corporate governance professional qualification along with proven experience within corporate administration/fiduciary and TCB/FSB environments.

- Be responsible for client relationships, ensuring that transactions are managed efficiently and to a high standard
- Act as a role model to all colleagues and assist with developing teams of motivated, highly proficient governance professionals who act in accordance with the firm's values
- Work closely with the partners in the law firm in relevant areas of business development, including playing a leading role in client pitches and business development activities
