Purpose of the role:
The primary focus will be supporting the Marketing team with the day-to-day management of the company's website, ensuring that content is up-to-date, engaging, and optimised for search engines and user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Providing ongoing support and training on the Content Management System (CMS)
- Responding to and troubleshooting website issues
- Assisting in website projects, including new page creation, feature enhancements, and promotional campaigns
- Maintaining a consistent and professional brand image
Skills required:
- You will be enthusiastic, motivated and highly organised
- Previous experience in website management or digital media
- Proficient in the use of CMS platforms, (for example, Umbraco) and website analytics tools (for example, Google Analytics)
- Familiarity with SEO principles and practices
