Purpose of the role:
You'll have a varied and interesting workload working with a range of Information Services professionals. You'll contribute to designing, creating, and deploying enterprise-scale data analytics solutions, playing an important role in transforming our data into valuable insights that drive business decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining data pipelines for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL/ELT) processes
- Developing data models and transformation processes (we primarily use WhereScape Red alongside Microsoft Fabric tools, including Synapse SQL Data Warehouse, Notebooks, and Data Pipelines - but experience with any modern data platform is valuable)
- Supporting our Data Warehouse implementation, working to ensure data quality integrity, and security
Skills required:
- SQL proficiency - you should be comfortable writing queries and have an understanding of database concepts
- Experience with or strong interest in data warehousing concepts
- Some programming experience.
