Purpose of the role:
Our client is looking for a new member of the Team to collect, collate, enter and manage Source of Wealth and Funds data.
Responsibilities:
- Validate the links ensuring that they are operative to the extent that they reference a functional internet site
- Convert those links to documents on the system that capture those web pages
- Assess the adequacy, standardise and categorise the data and documentation held against criteria defined by the Compliance Team
- Remediate any shortfalls and prepare emails for administrators to send to the client or their advisers/intermediaries
- Update data and links on CRM
Skills required:
- A proven track record of practical experience in a fiduciary services business
- Strong understanding of applicable trust and company regulations, establishment procedures and compliance issues
- Effective use and working knowledge of Microsoft suite, systems and relevant software packages
