Purpose of the role:
Our client is looking for a new member of the Team to collect, collate, enter and manage the data.
Responsibilities:
- Oversight and ongoing maintenance of the Asset Register
- Co-ordinate with the client facing teams to review entity assets and investment portfolios ensuring that all relevant assets are captured correctly
- Ensure that the Asset Register is populated and maintained according to the Policy & Procedures
Skills required:
- A proven track record of practical experience in a fiduciary services business
- Strong understanding of applicable trust and company regulations, establishment procedures and compliance issues
- Effective use and working knowledge of Microsoft suite, systems and relevant software packages
