Purpose of the role:
Act as main point of contact for clients in order to resolve Corporate Actions, Proxy Voting and Income queries.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and maintain positive working relationships with service providers, internal departments and the Lisbon and Paris hubs, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to achieve service excellence
- Manage the daily activity and identify query trends in order to analyse and prevent reoccurrence
- Monitor queries to ensure resolution in accordance with SLA guidelines
- Demonstrate strong client focus skills and actively provide support to the Team Leader to participate in client service reviews
Skills required:
- A minimum of 2 years corporate actions and income in a similar environment
- A good understanding of Corporate Actions and Income processes
- Knowledge of related Custody activity
- Computer literacy across a variety of applications
