Purpose of the role:
To provide Credit Control and administrative support to the finance function.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with service providers, banks and other law firms as required
- Deal with internal and external client enquiries (e.g., account balances, breakdown of charges, copy invoices etc.)
- Liaise with Partners and Fee Earners in respect of their unpaid invoices, and provide reports as required
- Assisting with invoicing, various billing portals, transactions, and related queries
Skills required:
- Strong academic background
- No previous finance industry experience required but experience within an office environment would be advantageous
- Well versed with desktop programmes including the Microsoft Office Suite
