About the role:
As a Corporate and Fund Accountant, you will be responsible for the preparation and review of financial statements and management accounts for a diverse portfolio of corporate entities and investment funds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial statements for corporate entities and investment funds in accordance with applicable accounting standards (FRS 102 and IFRS).
- Produce monthly and quarterly management accounts for a portfolio of clients, including fund structures and corporate vehicles.
- Review accounting work prepared by junior colleagues, ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements
Skills and experience:
- Fully qualified professional accountant (ACCA / ACA or equivalent) with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Proven ability to prepare complex financial statements for corporate entities and investment funds.
- Strong understanding of fund structures, corporate entities, and related accounting principles.
