About the role:
We are looking for a hardworking and motivated individual to join their busy EI team, to assist with the day-to-day administration of their client entities and develop into key member of the team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone with one to two years’ experience. Employee Incentives specific experience would be preferred, i.e. employee benefit trusts and corporate nominee arrangements, but broader corporate experience would certainly be considered.
Key responsibilities:
- Liaising with clients and intermediaries.
- Preparing online payments, appropriate bank instructions and share sales, purchases and transfers.
- Answering phones, preparing emails, working with various share platforms, letters of instruction, and updating spreadsheets in conjunction with the team.
- Preparing necessary documentation for the establishment or termination of Trusts.
- Draft minutes of trustee meetings and document trustee decisions.
