We’re currently looking for Corporate Administrators to join our team in Jersey. Whether you’re at the beginning of your career or bring a more senior-level experience. Junior candidates will receive training to manage a portfolio of clients and develop the skills, knowledge, and experience needed to build a strong foundation in Corporate Services. As a Corporate Services Senior Administrator, you’ll take responsibility for your own client portfolio, managing your workload and coordinating a range of client-related tasks in accordance with our established procedures and policies.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Take full accountability for the administration of your own client portfolio.
- Support the wider Corporate team on capital‑markets, debt & structured‑finance, real‑estate and Islamic‑finance transactions.
- Liaise with internal and external board members and advisers, delivering accurate, timely service.
- Assist with company secretarial work, including drafting board packs and issuing notices.
- Prepare Client Due Diligence (CDD) packs and keep all client files fully compliant.
- Maintain company databases with up‑to‑date client information.
- Record time entries with clear, detailed narratives and help the team meet financial targets.
