This role will be responsible for the effective and efficient administration of a portfolio of structures of varying complexity, dealing with clients and intermediaries on a daily basis. Whilst the individual will have a portfolio of their own, they will also work within a small team overseeing a number of structures for one specific client.
Key Responsibilities
Client Service and Relationships:
- Ensure that all administration and client services issues are attended to in accordance with the company’s procedures manual in force at any given time and relevant client agreements and other documents
- Attendance in meetings, as required, with clients and/or their advisers, always with the support of a Manager, and the development of the relationships with them
Corporate Administration:
- Responsible for the efficient day to day management of all clients affairs in accordance with the terms of appointment including the maintenance of all relevant Trust/Company records
- Undertake transactions as delegated and refer to the Assistant Manager, Senior Manager (and or colleagues, as applicable) for technical assistance
Professional Qualifications and Minimum Relevant Experience:
- 2 years’ minimum experience of Finance Industry Business.
