Purpose of the role:
To provide client accounting and reporting to a wide range of corporate and real estate clients within the Corporate Business. This will include a wide range of asset classes and SPV accounting work.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the day-to-day Corporate Accounting duties
- Prepare Corporate accounting files
- Prepare, distribute and attend Board Meetings, to present quarterly financial statements
- Responsible for meeting all M&A and client deadlines
- Prepare and post loan calculations
- Follow procedures & checklists at all times
- Bookkeeping activities
- Maintenance of IT system
- Responsibility for Investment Reporting
