Purpose of the role:
To work and support the Jersey Country Head and the Jersey Operating Head (COO/COS with a dual functional reporting line to both), your responsibilities will be wide, ranging from high level, long-term strategic planning to tactical troubleshooting
Responsibilities:
- Support the Jersey Country Head in various Jersey branch activities to drive overall strategy and identify business opportunities
- Drive high profile business change activities from conception to implementation
- Manage strategic planning activities throughout the project lifecycle, this will involve formulating and analysing concepts, and preparing and presenting proposals to various stakeholder and management Boards
- Ensure adherence to the data governance framework including regional vendor management
Skills required:
- A university degree (bachelor/master) in Business Administration, Finance or similar
- Experience in risk management topics
- Experience in business management or strategy consulting
- Strong communication skills both orally and in writing
