Purpose of the role:
To assist the Head of Risk & Compliance and to ensure the company remains compliant with all relevant regulatory and anti-money laundering legislation, including internal policies and procedures and controls.
Responsibilities:
- Undertaking the day day-to-day tasks assigned to Compliance under the One Policy
- Contributing to the development of an effective compliance culture with appropriate policies and procedures that reflect current regulatory and AML Legislation
- Provide support, mentoring, training and development to ensure team members are competent for their roles
- Complete timesheet and ensure accurate time capture resulting in correct timely billing
- Provide detailed guidance in the appropriate application and interpretation of Jersey laws, regulations and policies, and guidance and ensure controls are in place
Skills required:
- Table 4 (e.g ICA International Diploma) (or studying towards
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
- To be approved by the Jersey Financial Services Commission
