Purpose of the role:
To support the compliance function in the oversight and review of client files through the process of periodic client reviews and set-up reviews, along with any other compliance tasks as required.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor review spreadsheet and identify reviews that are about to fall due and advise admin on a monthly basis
- Completing periodic client reviews on a timely basis to include periodic and 90 day initial review
- Documenting the review action points raised in the reviews and maintain progress via the tracker
- Work with the Client Service teams to deliver an acceptable solution for review points where required
- To act as the New Business Coordinator and provide support to the client services teams to assist with the on-boarding process
- Maintain a strong collaborative relationship with all functional groups within the business
- Support continuous process improvement to ensure alignment with any changes to the operating and/or regulatory environment
