Purpose of the role:
Ideally you will be qualified, with some experience of delivering CDD in this industry and work collaboratively with the compliance team and the relevant Trust Administrators.
Responsibilities:
- Oversight of Compliance Administrator/s in relation to CDD
- Ad-hoc support as directed by the Head of Compliance
- Receive and approve all CDD in accordance with the local controls and be main contact for CDD queries across the business
- Responsibility for the more complex and in-depth CDD reviews
- Provide support to the Compliance function as directed by the Head of Compliance
- Undertake specific projects when required
Skills required:
- An awareness of the regulatory environment and guidance issued by Jersey Financial Services Commission as it applies to offshore fiduciary business
- An awareness of trust and company structures and CDD requirements
- An awareness of the Jersey anti-money laundering legislation and regulations
- Experience with CDD and AML/CFT related issues
