About the role:
To act as Company Secretary to various committees of the Company and its subsidiaries / affiliates, along with a variety of client structures.
Responsibilities:
- Always strive for excellent client service and delivery and assist junior employees understand the Firm's ethos of excellence for them to do the same
- Producing and/or reviewing minutes for companies administered by the Firm and its committees
- Organising client board and committee meetings and assistance with the preparation and collation of associated board/committee materials
- Recording and overseeing action points to ensure prompt completion
- Keeping and maintaining the statutory registers and books of allocated client entities and associated documentation
Skills required:
- To be professionally qualified in ICSA/ACCA/ICAEW/STEP or equivalent
- To have 5 years+ experience working in a Company Secretarial or Fund/Corporate Services environment
- Relevant practical experience in dealing with the JFSC Registry and producing minutes
