Purpose of the role:
To assist with the preparation of minutes, incorporations and maintaining client database under the supervision of the Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Scanning and filing of Board minutes and documents
- Maintaining permanent files for each client and document register
- Collation of Board papers from different sources and creating agendas and Board packs
- Organising Board meetings including booking and setting up of boardrooms & arranging catering
- Use of Virtual Board Room to create Board Packs
- Maintaining and updating databases
- Ensuring share registers for non-fund clients are kept up to date and accurate
- Setting up new bank accounts
Skills required:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a Private Client Trust environment
- Knowledge of Jersey Company Law, CIF, FSB and TCB Laws an advantage
- Attention to detail to ensure work is of a consistently high standard
- Well organised - with accuracy and timely completion of work
