Purpose of the role:
You will create and implement highly effective internal and external communications initiatives in support of the brand and business plan. Communications output includes, but is not limited to, news, thought leadership, advertising, collateral, client briefings, direct mail, web and social media.
Responsibilities:
- Create, develop and implement internal and external multi-media communications campaigns across every location and every service line
- Draft and edit those communications across all channels using mailing and DTP software, website and intranet CMS
- Increase the company profile through media campaigns, on and offline, using data to build and refine those campaigns
- Bring corporate and employer brands to life, establishing and reinforcing tone of voice across all channels
- Draft effective, media friendly news releases
- Repurpose content, bespoke to specific audiences and channels
Skills required:
- Ability to write compelling copy
- Accurate editing and proofing skills
- Ability to manage and deliver to strict deadlines
