Purpose of the role:
You will be responsible for the successful operation of the Client Support Services (CSS) team and its tasks and responsibilities returns.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and complete requests for administrative support from Service Delivery teams, ensuring requests are completed to the highest standards
- Champion data quality by standardising system inputs whilst also sharing best practice across the business
- Provide oversight of team activities, monitoring, and reporting these to Senior Management and ensuring activities are completed within the specified timescales
- Develop team capabilities to provide growth opportunities for Administration Officers and Senior Administration Officers
Skills required:
- Excellent understanding and application of Trust and Company Administration
- Experience in processing due diligence documents and undertaking screening searches including discounting of potential hits
- Experience with maintenance of companies’ records and statutory registers, incorporation, and dissolution of companies, drafting minutes and resolutions, statutory filing
- Experience with bank account opening
