Purpose of the role:
Ensure the provision of a quality service to targeted clients through developing and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients, as well as an appropriate knowledge of global financial developments.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the increase of the profitability of the company and shareholder value through initiatives to add to the gross income of the client base by identifying opportunities and assisting in the implementation of new business ideas leading to the development of new streams of income for the company
- Provide leadership, mentoring, coaching and direction to the Administration teams in respect of key clients and having principal responsibility for direct contact with key clients and the overall client relationship
- Represent the company in meetings with clients, intermediaries and other third parties
- Where appropriate, assume directorships on client entities. Ensure that business is aligned to the values
Skills required:
- Experience within a Trust environment or relevant financial services business
- Hold a relevant professional qualification, e.g. ACCA, STEP, ICSA
