Client Services Director

Purpose of the role:

You'll support the development of the Group's business by providing and promoting a first class personal service to existing and prospective clients, working closely with Co-Directors and wider management team

Responsibilities:

  • Budgeting & Target Setting - Play an active role in agreeing fee scales, budgets, targets etc
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance revenue and mitigate losses
  • Understand and apply local legislation relating to the conduct of trust / fiduciary
  • Compliance - Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal control standards/procedures within your Client Services team

Skills required:

  • Hold a professionally qualification and a member of STEP or ICSA qualified or equivalent qualification in a relevant field such as accountancy or operational management
  • Have extensive working knowledge of Private Client and Family Office Services and support operations of the same
  • Have detailed knowledge of portfolio management, and oversight of external investment portfolios
