Purpose of the role:
Responsible for the relationships and full account management process for a designated portfolio of clients ensuring effective and excellent service delivery to achieve agreed revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the achievement of the specific business development goals through proactive management and development of key client relationships
- Ensure that the delivery of client service meets agreed service standards and is compliant with the risk management policies, procedures, and practices
- Manage your client’s portfolio, offering advice from our internal processes and collaborating with your team according to specialism and expertise
- Contribute to the development, implementation, and evaluation of the Firms strategy
- Contribute to the effective development of regulatory, compliance and risk management policies and procedures
- Pro-actively act as a Director and alternate Director of client companies administered by the company, conduct client meetings, and contribute to board meetings
Skills required:
- Proven experience as Client Services Director or Associate Director in a similar environment
- Qualified ACCA, ICSA or equivalent
- Ability to understand a diverse range of structures and clients
- Exceptional administrative, analytical and organisational skills, with accurate and timely completion of work
- Ability to manage, engage and motivate people
- Ability to anticipate and identify issues, identify solutions and provide clear guidance to the clients
